• Responsible for overseeing approximately $365MM of multifamily, hospitality, and senior living projects in various stages of development in Florida and Tennessee including 616 delivered units and 1,266 units currently under development
• Manage the underwriting, financing, and refinancing efforts on projects including both debt and equity markets
• Lead the design team on all projects through entitlements, permits and approval processes while ensuring the products meet integrity, budget, and end use requirements
• Oversee the general contractor competitive bidding, value engineering, contract negotiation, and construction management process ensuring all budget, schedule, and quality control requirements are met
